Menstruation pains


One week before menstruation.....pms lures....
And as menstruation comes...it never comes subtly....
Pains to keep me attached to the bed....are unbarable...in my back....my abdomen...and my muscles....

I am hungry....but...I do not have the stamina to make a simple plate of food...

I recall...how baby father used to attend to me...as I was in this state....

We never know what we have until it is lost.....
